About Us

Trelawn Boarding Kennels is a small, family run business with 24 hour care offering a safe, caring, comfortable environment for your special friend.

Trelawn Boarding Kennels is located in North Devon amidst beautiful countryside at the gateway to Exmoor.

We have developed our kennels to give everything we have always looked for in boarding facilities when seeking care for our own dogs in the past.

Our luxurious, spacious kennels are purpose built with each one having thermostatically controlled heating, lighting and fan, each one with its own individual covered run.

We have a 2 acre secure paddock area where your dog will be exercised four times a day.

We will play and interact with your dog to keep him entertained whilst in our care.

Services

We provide everything required during your dogs stay with us including:

Food, Bed, Bedding, Toys and Bedtime Biscuits.

Of course your dogs own favourite bed, bedding and toys are more than welcome.

Your dog will be fed according to your requirements. We stock many major food brands but if you wish to bring your own food along we will be more than happy to feed your dogs usual diet.

In fact, all personal preferences will be catered for such as feed times, special diets and exercise preferences.

If your dog is in need of medication during their stay we can accommodate this for you.

Long or short stays are welcome and a day boarding service is also available.

All dogs are insured during their stay at the kennels and in the unlikely event the vet is needed, we will take your dog to their own vet wherever possible or to our own local vet.

Prior to your pets stay we ask that their innoculations are up to date and that you bring their vaccination certificate along with you.

We highly recommend that you vaccinate your dog against kennel cough also.
